3pm today, sped from Crammers to Woodhorn (now there's a place to live to impress the girlies!) to see the four White-fronted Geese. Easily located in the field south of the railway line with a number of Greylags and Canada Geese. Superb!
Then off the N-b-t-S and the tide crashing in in spectacular fashion. Oystercatchers, Redshanks, Turnstones, Dunlin and Purple Sandpipers on the beach plus the intended quarry, the Med Gulls in amongst many BHGs.
A good hour all in all!
