I guess this month requires concerted effort to grind out anything new.
There is a substantial degree of repetition and it is becoming slightly tedious, WH with it's Mipits, Reed Buntings, common warblers and gulls and a duo of delightful Ringed Plovers. Oh, and these:
I saw a Moorhen there during my first visit today. The Great Tit pair still bring food to the nest, can't be long before the wee ones emerge.
Arcot is equally predictable, two Mutes plus two cygnets, Mallards (one with four ducklings), Coots and the odd Moorhen. Size is represented by Grey Herons and speed by Swifts, House Martins and Swallows.
How much are you asking for that dead horse ??
